At Northside, we are committed to supporting missions in a variety of ways—locally and around the world. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with ministries like Called to Africa and Africa for Jesus, taking the Gospel beyond our walls and into communities in need.
Through these partnerships, teams from our church have traveled to Africa to serve, encourage, and make a lasting impact for Christ. This year, we are preparing for our next mission opportunity—a medical mission trip to Uganda taking place at the end of May through early June 2026.
As we prepare for this trip, God has placed a very real need on our hearts. At the Baraka Medical Clinic in Nkoni, many expectant mothers must walk long distances or ride bicycles just to receive basic care. When it comes time to deliver their babies, too many do so without a safe, clean place.
This year, we have the opportunity to help build a birthing room—a place that will provide safety, dignity, and care for mothers and newborns. We are asking our church family to prayerfully consider giving as the Lord leads. Every gift will help us meet a real need and share the love of Christ in a powerful and practical way.
